I cut my teeth on software development with large companies.  I learned the best practices - and the worst - while working for Microsoft, American Airlines, and numerous large banks and foundations.  

But my heart is with smaller companies. I spent years interviewing smaller business owners on my different podcasts. What an education! 


I know you're probably thinking: "Hiring a software developer is too expensive. And too risky!"

Typically it is. That's why I decided on the subscription model. I'm willing to share the risk. I do the work up front, and you don't pay until I solve your problem. Then we both win.

The Startup Success Podcast

While I was at Microsoft, I started a podcast to help independent software developers with my friend Bob Walsh. From 2009 to 2012 and again from 2015-2017, we interviewed amazing guests like Seth Godin, Daniel Pink, and many top experts in the startup world.

Moraware literally hired me because the founders listened to my startup podcast ... so when I joined, they wanted me to repeat the success for Moraware! And I did. From 2014-2018, I interviewed great fabricators like Aaron Crowley, Ted Sherritt, Scott Hanes, and many more. The podcast was cited as a reason for awarding Moraware the 2016 Associate of the Year from ISFA. Most episodes are still worth a listen today if you're a stone fabricator.
