Our Profit Assistant automates your throughput or job cost calculations. The automation will crawl through all your jobs, calculate the actual cost of the allocated material (magic if you use Moraware Inventory Edition!), and write that cost to a job custom field or form field. It can also calculate T$, %T$, %COGS, %Labor, %Margin - for job or phase - without hours of work.

Inventory Reconciler

It's really useful to compare your slab payments in your accounting system to the cost of your serial numbers received in Moraware - but once a serial number is consumed, it's impossible to report on that cost anymore. This utility assembles detailed historical data of all your serial numbers into a nightly spreadsheet, so that you can slice and dice it the way you want and easily reconcile with your accounting system.

Particularly useful if you sell to big box stores, this utility uses the Google Maps API to calculate the distance between the account and job or the account and your shop or even the "nearest Home Depot" and the job - and then stores that value in a job custom field or a form field, so that you can report on it ... and make sure the the big box store is paying you mileage when warranted.
